The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday June 6, 1939 Frank L. Lowe. Frank L. LOWE, 53, foreman of the Kaw Packing Company for the past twelve years and a resident of Topeka for forty-five years, died Monday night at his home, 313 East Crane Street. He was a member of the Eagle Lodge No. 58. He is survived by his wife; his mother, Mrs. Alice LOWE, of the home; six children, William LOWE, Topeka; August, Homer, Ruth,Helen and Frances LOWE, all of the home; one sister, MRs. Amelia ARGANBRIGHT, Topeka; two brothers, Alvin and Jack LOWE, also of Topeka. The body was taken to Sanders-McMichael Funeral Home pending funeral arrangements. The Eagle Lodge will conduct the service.
