The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday March 22, 1958 Mrs. Nina Sims. Mrs. Nina Leola SIMS, 72, of Route 4, died Friday in a Topeka hospital. She was born July 11, 1885, in Osage County, Missouri, and was a resident of Warsaw, Mo., before moving to Topeka in 1924. Mrs. SIMS was a member of the Baptist Church. Surviving are four sons, D.E. SIMS, Dermott, Ark.; R.E. SIMS, St. Louis, Ill.; William A. SIMS and John E. SIMS, both of Topeka; three daughters, Mrs. J.W. HALL, St. Louis, Mo.; Mrs. L.R. ANDERSON and Mrs. Dora MAGANA, both of Topeka; three brothers, Willie JENKINS, Byron JENKINS and Charles JENKINS, all of Wenatchee, Wash.; four sisters, Mrs. Ody YATES, Bridgeport, Neb.; Mrs. Victor H. GREGORY, Warsaw, Mo.; Mrs. John BRUNS, Windsor, Mo., and Mrs. J.B. FESSLER, Exeter, Calif.; 15 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Eslinger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
