The Topeka Daily Capital Monday January 8, 1951 Mrs. Edna Hammond. Mrs. Edna A. HAMMOND, 65, died Sunday morning at her home, 1803 Washington. She was born November 1, 1885, in Albany, Mo., and moved to Topeka 20 years ago. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She is survived by her husband, Clinton HAMMOND, of the home; four daughters, Mrs. Nellie SMITHSON, Glendale, Calif.; Mrs. Bertha WOOTEN, Marysville, Calif.; Mrs. Margaret COFFMAN and Mrs. Doris COFFMAN, both of Topeka; a son, Thomas HARROWER, Binghamton, N.Y.; a brother, Ralph GISH, Topeka; two sisters, Mrs. Alma WANISKA, Topeka, and Mrs. Della BRADDFIELD, North Hollywood, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Joy ANDERSON, Topeka, 25 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
