The Topeka Daily Capital Friday March 21, 1958 Mrs. Ruth Chatterton. Mrs. Ruth E. CHATTERTON, 59, died Thursday night at her home, 630 Garfield. She was born May 23, 1898, at Anamoso, Iowa. She was a member of the Lowman Memorial Methodist Church. Her daughter, Mrs. Joan McDONALD, died two months ago. She is survived by her husband, Chester B. CHATTERTON, of the home; a sister, Mrs. Verna WALLACE, Sterling, Kan., and three brothers, the Rev. Ralph B. COLTON, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Clarence COLTON, LeRoy, Kan., and Forest COLTON, Detroit. The Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
