The Topeka Daily Capital Monday June 5, 1939 Mrs. Laura Grandy. Mrs. Laura GRANDY, 44, died Sunday morning at her home, 619 Quincy Street. She was born December 17, 1894, in Des Moines, Iowa, and has been a resident of Topeka for the past forty years. She was a member of the Baptist Church at Des Moines. Mrs. GRANDY is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Peggy MONTGOMERY, Topeka and one brother, Charles ROSS, Hutchinson. The body was taken to Peebler's Funeral Home pending funeral arrangements.
