The Topeka Daily Capital Monday October 1, 1951 Mrs. E. B. Smith. Mrs. E. B. SMITH, 92, died Sunday night at her home, 200 Courtland. She was born July 14, 1859, in Brand County, Mich., and moved to Topeka in 1916. Her husband, the late Edward B. SMITH, was associated with the law firm of Fisher, Snattinger and Smith. Mrs. SMITH formerly taught school in Great Bend and Nickerson and received her master's degree in English and Latin in 1897 at Kansas University. She was a member of the First Methodist Church, Daughters of the Armerican Revolution and Chapter D.F. of the P.E.O. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Helen B. FISHER of the home; four grandchildren, David H., and Jean T. FISHER, both of Topeka; Edward W. and Paul M. FISHER, both of Albuquerque, N.M., and 10 grandchildren.
