The Topeka Daily Capital Monday January 8, 1951 Wilbur G. Moffitte. Wilbur G. MOFFITTE, Tulsa, Okal., died Sunday morning in the Veterans Hospital in Muskogee, Okla. He was born in Marshall, Mo., and was graduated from the Macon, Mo., Baptist College, the George R. Smith College of Sedalia, Mo., and the Washburn Law School. He was admitted to the bar after his graduation from Washburn in 1923. He practiced law for two years in Indiana and since 1927 had been practicing in Oklahoma. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Aileen Moffitte JUDIE, Milwaukee, Wis.; a sister, Mrs. Maggie RAMSEY, Kansas City, Mo.; a brother, Thomas MOFFITTE, Sedalia, Mo.; and a half-brother, Sam TAYLOR, Marshall, Mo. Funeral services will be Thursday at Muskogee.
