The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday July 11, 1939 Clinton Maynard Bozarth. Clinton Maynard BOZARTH, 76, died Monday at his home, 233 Topeka Avenue, following a heart attack. He was born February 4, 1863, in Tipton, Iowa, came to Kansas with his parents at the age of ten, settling at Little River and had been a resident of Topeka since 1892. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Laura M. BOZARTH of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth WEIR and Mrs. Helen SUMNER, both of Topeka; one son, Harry M. BOZARTH, also of Topeka; two sisters, Miss Blanche BOZARTH, Topeka, and Miss Ethel BOZARTH, Denver, Colo.; one brother, Earl L. BOZARTH, Topeka and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be at the Penwell Funeral Home at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
