The Topeka Daily Capital Thursday March 20, 1958 Mrs. Idah M. Buchanan. Mrs. Idah M. BUCHANAN, 82, former Topekan, died Wednesday morning in Wichita. She was the widow of the late George M. BUCHANAN, a salesman for the Palace Clothing Store for many years. She was born February 23, 1876, in Corning, Iowa, and lived in Topeka many years before moving to Wichita 15 years ago. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Regina DEARDROSS, Wichita; a son, John D. BUCHANAN, Dallas, Texas; two stepsons, Earl G. BUCHANAN, Dallas Texas, and Charles H. BUCHANAN, Fort Madison, Iowa; a stepduaghter, Mrs. Nelta EDWARDS, Chicago, Ill.; four grandchildren and two great-granchildren. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m Friday at St. John's Episcopal Church at Wichita with graveside services at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Topeka Cemtery. The Burd-Snodgrass Funeral Home of Wichita is in charge of arrangements.
