    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday February 27, 1954 Ex-Topeka Realtor, Dolson N. Wade, Dies. Dolson N. WADE, former Wabaunsee rancher and Topeka real estate man, died Friday morning at the Fairview Home, a private hospital at Oskaloosa, after an extended illness. He was a lifelong resident of Wabaunsee and Shawnee Counties. He was born at Kinsman, Ohio, where his mother had gone to visit relatives. After he was graduated from Washburn Academy and Washburn College, he returned to the Keene community in Wabunsee County where his father and brother were in the ranching business. He later former a partnership with C.O. Ansel in the real estate business. The firm continued after Mr. Ansel's death, approximately 15 years. He was a member of the Westminister Presbyterian Church and the Native Sons of Kansas. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Cora Vicory WADE; a duaghter, Mrs. Ora Louise BAKER, both of the home, 3500 West 15th; and a niece, Mrs. Flossie Wade TABER, who lives with her husband and mother in the Keene community. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Westminister Presbyterian Church with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery.
