The Topeka Daily Capital Thursday November 28, 1957 Mrs. Anna L. Harney. Mrs. Anna L. HARNEY, 87, of 1413 East Sixth, died Wednesday in a Topeka hospital. She was born June 12, 1870 in Brown County, Ill., and came to Pittsburg, Kan., in a covered wagon with her parents when she was 13 years old. She lived in Cherokee, Kan., for 50 years before moving to Topeka two years ago to live with her daughter and son-in-law, the Rev. and Mrs. W.W. JEWELL. Her son-in-law is pastor of the Third Christian Church. She was a member of the First Christian Church at Cherokee. Besides her daughter, she is survived by a son, David W. WEBB, Louisville, Neb.; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Lillian SWANK, Delta, Colo., and a brother, Roy C. WILLIAMSON, North Hollywood, Calif. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Brenner Mortuary at Pittsburg with burial in Cherokee Cemetery. Parker Mortuary is in charge of local arrangements.
