The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday November 26, 1957 Louis C. Picolet Louis Clarence Picolet, 64, died Sunday in a hospital in Kansas City, Mo. He was born July 16, 1893, on a farm south of Wamego and had lived in Manhattan 30 years. He was a veteran of World War I. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Frances Grove, Grant's Pass, Ore., and Mrs. Julia DECHTER, Wamego; and four brothers, Frank Picolet, Topeka; Lester Picolet, Backers, Minn.; Pete and Victor Picolet, both of Wamego. Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at St. Bernard's Church at Wamego with burial in St. Bernard's Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Thursday at the Steward Memorial Chapel in Wamego.
