The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday November 26, 1957 John E. Jordan. John Earl JORDAN, 48, died Sunday night in the Westmoreland hospital after a heart attack. He was born Apirl 6, 1909, at Hartville, Mo., and spent most his life in Topeka and vicinity before moving to Westmoreland in 1951. He wa a veteran of World War II. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Virginia Jordan, of the home; a brother, Boyd Jordan, Hartville, Mo.; and four sisters, Mrs. Ellen PIGG, Topeka; Mrs. Della JONES and Mrs. Zona PETERSON, Buhl, Idaho; and Mrs. Dorothy WORSLEY, Vienna, Va. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Westmoreland Methodist Church with graveside services at 4 p.m. at Mount Hope Cemetery.
