Melvern.--Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Methodist Church here for Mrs. Pauline (Lanier) KING, 91, Melvern, who died Friday at an Osage City rest home. She was born Sept. 11, 1874 at Melvern and spent most of her life in the Melvern community. She was a member of the Methodist Church at Melvern. She was married to Edward J. King, at Quenemo in 1898. He died May 6, 1927. A daughter, Mrs. Lourah COLLINS, Route 1, Melvern, survives. Burial will be in Melvern Cemetery. Shaffer Mortuary at Lyndon is in charge of arrangements.
