The Topeka Daily Capital Monday January 3, 1966 City Woman Dies at 65; Rites Pending. Mrs. Lela A. BREWSTER, 65, 626 Tyler, died Sunday at a Kansas City, Kan., hospital after a long illness. She was born August 30, 1900 at Oneida in Nemaha County and had lived in Topeka the past ten years. Earlier she lived at Concordia. She was a member of the Christian Church. She was a secretary for the Kansas Employment Securities Division before she retired. Survivors include a son, Leonard T. Brewster, Kansas City, Mo.; and a brother, Claude T. ANDERSON, Oneida. Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
