    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday December 4, 1965 Roscoe Casbier Is Dead; Services Set for Sunday. Winchester.--Roscoe CASEBIER, 90, Winchester, died Friday at a hospital here. He was born April 14, 1875 near Oskaloosa and spent most of his life in Jefferson County. He was a member of the Methodist Church at Winchester. he was a retired farmer. Survivors include a son, Earl Casebier, 2145 Virginia, Topeka; two brothers, Bert Casebier, Oskaloosa and Ernest Casebier, 220 W. Holview Road, Topeka; and three sisters, Mrs. Maude COUNCIL and Mrs. Birdie ALEXANDER, both of Oskaloosa and Mrs. Elsie WELLMAN, 1181 College, Topeka. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Methodist Church at Winchester with burial in Reformed Presbyterian Cemetery at Winchester. Hampton Funeral Home at Oskaloosa Is in charge of arrangements.
