The Topeka Daily Capital Friday December 3, 1965 Weldon B. Skidmore. Weldon B. SKIDMORE, 62, 2637 Pennsylvania, died Thursday afternoon in a local hospital. Born in Fort Scott Aug. 5, 1903, he had lived in Topeka since 1928. He was a serviceman for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co., for more than 35 years. Mr. Skidmore was a member of the Methodist Church, Oriental Lodge, No. 51, AF&AM, York Rite Bodies, Scottish Rite and the Arab Shrine. Survivors include his wife, Eula, of the home; a borther, Linus Skidmore, 1229 Oakland; and a sister, Mrs. Ruby HURD, 1229 Oakland. Services will be announced by Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home.
