The Topeka Daily Capital Wednesday December 1, 1965 W.A. Romick Is Dead at 66. Walter (Murphy) Adam ROMICK, 66, Maple Hill, died Tuesday evening in a Topeka hospital. He was born Dec. 12, 1898, the son of Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Romick, in Maple Hill and lived most of his life on a farm near there. He had been a township trustee since 1957. Survivors are his wife, Katie, of the home; and a sister, Mrs. Margaret J. McCLELLAND, Maple Hill. Services will be announced by Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home.
