The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday April 26, 1947 Ward Penrice. Ward PENRICE, 30, died at the home of his mother, Mrs. Georgia Penrice, in Eskridge Friday. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Velma Penrice; two children, Roy and Karen and the mother all of Eskridge. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the Methodist Church in Eskridge, with burial in Eskridge Cemetery. The body will rest in state at the Austin Funeral Home in Eskridge until the hour of the service.
