The Topeka Daily Capital Friday December 23, 1960 Mrs. Thomas Dead at 59; Service Set. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Davidson-Eslinger-Duff Chapel for Mrs. Berneice N. THOMAS, 59, 312 Sunny Knoll, who died Thursday at home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. She was born at Grantville, Feb. 18, 1901, and lived in Meriden before moving here in 1920. She was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church. Surviving are her widower, Vern W. Thomas, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Marciel WILSON of Portland, Ore; two sisters, Mrs. Elise DUKES of Gardena, Calif. and Mrs. Eunice CLARKE, of Meriden; and three grandchildren.
