The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday March 31, 1968 98-Year-Old Woman Dies In Rest Home. Mrs. Ida TUCKER, 98, formerly of 734 Twiss, died Saturday in a Topeka rest home. She was born Oct. 12, 1869 near Lawrence. She lived in Harveyville community 62 years before she moved to Topeka in 1950. She had been a member of Oakland Methodist Church. Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. ALma Lane, and Mrs. Floosie BOWER, both of Eskridge, Mrs. Mertha MYERS, 1552 Kansas, Mrs. Lettie ANDERSON, Twin Falls, Idaho, and Mrs. Jessie LAWRENCE, 734 Twiss; 13 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren and 24 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Harveyville Methodist Church. Burial will be in Wilmington Cemetery near Harveyville. Austin Funeral Home at Eskridge is in charge of arrangements.
