    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Thursday March 28, 1968 Leo James Creviston. Burlingame.--Leo James CREVISTON, 46, Burlingame, died Wednesday of an apparent heart attack while working at Forbes Air Force Base where he was a boiler man in the central heating plant. Mr. Creviston was born Oct. 20, 1921, in Manhattan. He had lived in Burlingame the past 36 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Burlingame Federated Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Masonic Lodge, Temple Chapter No. 26, RAM, and Eastern Star, all in Burlingame. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Claudine Masters Creviston, of the home; two daughters, Donna Creviston and Diana Creviston, both of the home; a son, Watler Creviston, Burlingame; his mother, Mrs. Inez HJORT, Burlingame; and a grandson. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Burlingame Federated Church. Burial will be in Burlingame Cemetery. Carey Funeral Home, Burlingame, is in charge.
