The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday April 24, 1951 Mrs. Katie B. Handley. Mrs. Katie B. HANDLEY, 65, died Monday morning at her home, 734 Poplar. She was born December 30, 1885, in the Rosemont neighborhood near Williamsburg, Kan., and had been a resident of Topeka 41 years. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband, Joseph F. Handley, a retired Santa Fe employee; a son, Albert L. Handley, Arkansas City, a grandaughter; Five half-sisters, Mrs. Blanche PRICE, Mrs. Claudia ELLINGTON and Mrs. Mary SHINKLES, all of Phoenix, Ariz.; Mrs. Callie MOUNT and Mrs. Edna WEEDDELL, both of Kansas City, Kan.; and an anunt, Mrs. Jannie GRONIN, Kansas City, Kan.
