The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday February 24, 1952 Mrs. D. A. Worthington. Mrs. Dora A. WORTHINGTON, 83, a former resident of Perry community, died Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Hazel HENTSCHEL, Kansas City, Mo. She was born July 11, 1868, in Wayne County, Illinois, where she lived a short time. She lived in Tennessee for 12 years and moved to Wyandotte County in 1889. She then moved to Jefferson County and lived there until 1942. She lived in Topeka before going to Kansas City two years ago to make her home with her daughter. She was a member of the Presbyterian Liberty Church. Survivors include another daughter, Mrs. Rose YATES, Kansas City, Mo.; four sons, John Worthington, 1228 Kellam, Sam Worthington of Wichita, Carrol Worthington of Townanda, Kan., and Geroge Worthington of Cascade, Ind.; a brother, Henry HALE; 20 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
