Mrs. Francis VETTER, 54, of 615 Madison street, died in St. Francis hospital yesterday morning. She had been a resident of Topeka about 30 years. She is survived by her husband, William VETTER; a son, Gerald VETTER; and four daughters, Miss Lehvinne VETTER, Miss Lucille VETTER, Miss Laurette VETTER and Miss Mary Ellen VETTER, al of Topeka. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
The Topeka Daily Capital Monday November 14, 1927 Football Player Dies. Vocational School Student's Health Has Been Poor. Cecil ANDERSON, 18-year-old student of the Kansas Vocational school, died in Christ's hospital early yesterday morning. Altho he had been in poor health for some time, he played guard on the school football team. He suffered a slight injury to his foot in a game two weeks ago. He was taken to the hospital last Tuesday. His home was in Weir, Kan. Two brothers, Chester and Ancil ANDERSON are students at the school. His body will lie in state at Gaines & Son's funeral home today from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. It then wil be taken to Weir for burial.

WILKINSON, 53, of 1508 Kansas avenue, died in Stormont hospital Friday night. He was born in Topeka August 27, 1874 and had been a resident of Topeka all is life. He is survived by his wife, a son, Lewis WILKINSON, and his father, Lewis WILKINSON, all of Topeka. Funeral services will be at the Wall-Diffenderfer mortuary at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon.

Mrs. Francis WATERS, 40, of 832 Lincoln street, died in St. Francis hospital yesterday morning, after an illness of three months. She was born in St. Bridgets, Kan., August 22, 1887. She was married in 1913 and had made her home in Topeka since. Besides her husband, she is survived by four children, Adrian, Mary Patricia, Dolores and Maurine WATERS, all of the home address; four brothers, the Rev. P. J. SMITH, Delia; Edward SMITH, Axtell; John SMITH, Oneida, and Thomas J. SMITH, Wheaton; and five sisters, Sister M. Olivia, Helena, Mont.; Sister Helen, Leavenworth; Sister M. Rosalita, Leavenworth; Sister M. Donata, Butte Mont., and Mrs.James KEEGAN, Baileyville. Her body will lie in state at her home until Monday morning. Funeral services will be at the Holy Name chruch at 9:30 o'clock Monday morning. Burial will be in Mount Calvary cemetery.

The family requests that no flowers be sent.

TERRY, 59, died at her home, 420 West Seventh, yesterday morning. She was born in Winchester, Ill., September 2, 1868, and had made her home in Topeka for the past 25 years. She was the widow of the late W.C. TERRY. She is survived by an aunt, mrs. Mary J. WATT and a cousin, Mrs. Frank H. VOGEL, 706 Tyler street. Funeral services will be at the Wall-Diffenderfer mortuary at 3:30 o'clock Monday afternoon. Her body will be taken to Winchester, Ill., for burial. It will lie in state at the mortuary today.

HOWARD, of Enterprise, former Topekan, died in Excelsior Springs, Mo., yesterday afternoon. Mr. HOWARD was formerly in the implement business in Topeka under the name of the E.J. Howard Implement Co. He moved to Enterprise, Kan., about a year ago. He is survived by his wife and a daughter, Mrs. Floyd FLANAGAN, Topeka. Funeral services will be at Rossville Monday, but the hour has not been set.

NEISWINTER, age 67, of 1641 Fillmore, died yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. O.F. MAGNUSON, 1530 Washburn. Mr. Neiswinter was born in Wayne county, Ohio, August 29, 1860, and came to Valley Falls, Kan., at the age of 17 years. May 4, 1887, he came to Topeka and entered the employ of the Santa Fe Railway Co. as a carpenter in the Topeka shops. April 1, 1896, he was made track foreman; June 1, 1902, was promoted to assistant general foreman and on November 1, 1920, was promoted to general foreman. Neiswinter's period of continous service with the Santa Fe was 38 years.He retired April 1, 1925, due to his ill health. He was a member of the Central Park Christian church; the A.O.U.W., and the Security Benefit association. He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Mrs. A.V. MESSINGER, Detroit, Mich.; Mrs. O.F. MAGNUSON, Topeka, and Mrs. A.J. HARRIS, Topeka; two sons, I.S. NEISWINTER, Detroit, Mich.; and Marion E. NEISWINTER, Topeka; his mother, Mrs. Susan ENGLISH, Yakima, Wash.; two sisters, Mrs. Nell ROBINSON, Yakima, Wash., and Mrs. Lillie DRUMMOND; Cleveland, O.; one brother, William NEISWINTER, Chicago, Ill., and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Wall-Diffenderfer mortuary. Burial in Mt. Hope cemetery.

He went to Omaha from Topeka, then to Kansas City where he had been a printer for Samuel DODSWORTH Stationery Co. 15 years. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 51 in Topeka and Shawnee Methodist Church in Kansas City. He leaves his wife, MRs. He was born May 10, 1855, in Gray County, Indiana, came to Kansas as a child with his father, settling in Jackson County, where he lived until 1908, when he moved to Fall River, Kan. In 1923 he came to Topeka and had been a resident here since that time. Surviving are five sons, Harry A. ELLIOTT, of the home; Fesse F. ELLIOTT, Ransom, Kan.; Lawrence E. ELLIOTT and Alfred S. ELLIOTT, both of Salina; and Claude ELLIOTT, of Maplehill; four daughters, Mrs. Will KELLY, Mayetta; Mrs. Harlan CULBREATH, Topeka; Mrs. George BAKER, Kansas City, Mo.; and Miss Velma ELLIOTT, of the home; fifteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
