He was born February 29, 1884, in Gentry County, Missouri, and had been a resident of Topeka for the past twenty-five years. He was a former employe of the Edison Company. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Cora COOPER and one daughter, Juanita COOPER of the home; three sons, Forrest COOPER, Leavenworth; Frank COOPER, Rose Mead, Calif., and Raymond COOPER, Topeka; one sister, Mrs. Fred KNOLL, Creve Coeur, Mo., and one brother, Walter COOPER, Topeka. Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 10 o'clock at Peebler's Funeral Home with interment in Rochester Cemetery.

HUTCHISON, 56, sexton of Prairie Home Cemetery, who died Wednesday in a local hospital, will be Friday morning at 10 o'clock at the North Topeka Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Prairie Home Cemetery. He was born September 30, 1883, in Peru, Ind. The family moved to Kansas a year later, and since that time he had been a resident of the North Topeka farm community. He lived on route six and had been a cemetery sexton for several years. He was a member of the North Topeka Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ethel HUTCHINSON; two daughters, Alice and Mary Louise HUTCHINSON, all of the home; two sisters, Mrs. William DOWNIE and Miss Louise HUTCHINSON of Topeka and one brother, Henry HUNTCHISON, Lawrence.

Funeral services for James ORR, 71, former resident of Topeka, who died Monday in Clarksville, Ark., will be Friday morning at 9 o'clock at Penwell's Funeral Home. The place of burial has bot been decided. He was born near Pittsburgh, Pa., came to Berryton, Kan., with his parents when eight years old and lived most of his life in Topeka. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mattie ORR, of Clarksville; one daughter, Mrs. Ellen KNOLL, Topeka; three sons, James ORR, Reading; Glenn ORR, Hattisburg, Miss.; and Trueman ORR, Topeka; two sisters, Mrs. Ella LEWIS, Topeka, and Mrs. Mamie SIMS, Berryton; one brother, Hugh ORR, Lyndon; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The Topeka Daily Capital Wednesday July 12, 1939 Barbara Jeanine Hailey. Barbara Jeanine HAILEY, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mel G. HAILEY, died Tuesday in a local hospital. The child was born July 1. Besides her parents she is survived by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George E. HAILEY of Topeka and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd EMERT, Sabeta. A burial service was held late Tuesday afternoon in Rochester Cemetery.

He was born February 4, 1863, in Tipton, Iowa, came to Kansas with his parents at the age of ten, settling at Little River and had been a resident of Topeka since 1892. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Laura M. BOZARTH of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth WEIR and Mrs. Helen SUMNER, both of Topeka; one son, Harry M. BOZARTH, also of Topeka; two sisters, Miss Blanche BOZARTH, Topeka, and Miss Ethel BOZARTH, Denver, Colo.; one brother, Earl L. BOZARTH, Topeka and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be at the Penwell Funeral Home at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

She was born October 21, 1886, in North Topeka and had spent most of her life in Salina before coming to North Topeka four months ago. Mrs. GORDON was a member of the Christian Science Church and the Eastern Star of Salina. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth FORD, Kansas City, Kan.; one stepson, Vernon GORDON, also of Kansas City, Kan.; five sisters, MRs. Charles COLE, Rock Creek; Mrs. E.C. BARKER, Topeka; Mrs. E.E. BONOWITZ, Hoyt; Mrs. Martin THOMPSON, Hoisington, and Mrs. Netta NAUMAN, Gettysburg, S.D.; four brothers, George REAMY, W.I. REAMY, and Jack REAMY, all of North Topeka; and Charles REAMY, Salt Lake City, Utah, and two grandchildren. The body was taken to Peebler's Funeral Home pending funeral arrangements. ROBERTS, 79, pioneer of Kansas, died at his home, 2521 Illinois Avenue, Tuesday afternoon following a short illness. His parents were old settlers of Shawnee County. They came from Ohio in 1856 and settled on their claim near Watson. ROBERTS was a retired farmer, moving from his farm thirteen years ago to his present home in Highland Park. He was born July 3, 1860, at Watson and had lived in Shawnee County his entire life. He was married January 1, 1884, to Minnie E. WHITLOW, who died March 17, 1914. Surviving him are five daughters, Mrs. B.C. BAKER, Mrs. Ruth OTNEY, Mrs. A.E. OBENHAUS, Mrs. H.S. COX, all of Topeka, Mrs. W.E. RAKE, of Watson; one son, John ROBERTS of Topeka; seventeen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. A.A. McCLELLAND of Topeka and Mrs. A.K. DeLONG, of Watson. Mr. ROBERTS was a member of the Church of Christ in Highland Park. Funeral services will be Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the Sanders-McMichael Funeral Home. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery. The body will lie in state until the funeral hour at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Fairlawn addition to Mount Hope Cemetery. GALENTINE was born in Fayette County, near Uniontown, Pa., came to Nemaha County with his parents at age six. He married Mrs. Grace ALLEN in Topeka, June 12, 1917, and had been a resident here since that time. Besides his wife he is survived by one stepson, Chris ALLEN; one sister, Fay GALENTINE, of Oklahoma; two brothers, Nelson GALENTINE, of Bazaar, Kan., and SMith GALENTINE, Goff, Kan.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lula CRABB of the home; one son, Dr. Claude CRABB, Belleville; one daughter, Mrs. Alice YOUNG, Clyde, Ohio; two brothers, Dr. J.A. CRABB, Topeka, Topeka and O.M. CRABB, Lenanan, Kan.; two sisters, Mrs. Lauisa ROBINSON, Pinewell, Ill., and Mrs. Laura HILLMAN, Topeka, and five grandchildren. Funeral arrangements have not been completed. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife; his mother, Mrs. Alice LOWE, of the home; six children, William LOWE, Topeka; August, Homer, Ruth,Helen and Frances LOWE, all of the home; one sister, MRs. Amelia ARGANBRIGHT, Topeka; two brothers, Alvin and Jack LOWE, also of Topeka. The body was taken to Sanders-McMichael Funeral Home pending funeral arrangements. The Eagle Lodge will conduct the service.
