She was born July 12, 1892, in Detroit, Kan., and had lived in the Valley Falls community since 1922. She is survived by her husband, Carl Leutert, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Lola Mae Smith, Topeka, two grandchildren; two sisters, Miss Ruth Engler, Drumright, Okla., and Mrs. Ed Grosser, Enterprise; and a brother, John Engler, Ainsworth, Neb. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Valley Falls Methodist Church with burial in Valley Falls Cemetery.

He was born August 24, 1891, at Lawrence and had lived in Auburn 35 years. He was a stonemason and contractor. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Edith L. Manley, Wakarusa; a sister, Mrs. Anne Bean, Richland; a half-sister, Mrs. Lela Bean, Topeka; four half-brothers, Howard C. Manley, Topeka; Dr. J. Warren Manley, Kansas City, Kans.; Russell E. Manley, Vallejo, Calif., and Dr. David O. Manley, Cheyenne, Wyo.; two step-sisters, Miss Esther Manley, Spokane, Wash., and Mrs .Susie Arnold, Burlingame. His wife, Lula V. CARREL, died in November, 1929.

Mr. Franklin was born January 11, 1883, in Auburn and had lived in Topeka 40 years. He was building superintendent at the Santa Fe general offices when he retired August 16, 1949. He was a member of the Siloam Lodge No. 225, A.F.& A.M. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nest Franklin, of the home; two sons, Kindsay and Cyrus Franklin, both of Corpus Christi, Texas; a daughter, Mrs. Pauline Klinzer, Topeka; a sister, Mrs. Nellie Schlemer, Pasadena, Calif.; and three grandchildren. The family requests that no flowers be sent.

Mr. Dunn lived in Topeka all his life prior to moving to Kansas City recently. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Samantha A. Downey of California; a son, Robert R. Dunn of Greenville, S.C.; five daughters, Mrs. Hazel Dalrymple of Washington, D.C.; Mrs. Mary Poetz, Mrs. Kathleen Melton, Mrs. Eva Boaz, and Mrs. Doris Grotsky, all of California; 14 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Maggie Welchhans; three daughters, Mrs. Blanche Lovelle, Mrs. Helen Smith and Mrs. Delores Miller, all of Topeka; three sons, Ralph Welchhans, Topeka; John Welchhans, Richland, and Vernon Welchhans, Los Angeles, Calif., eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was born April 19, 1867, near Holden, Mo., and settled in Jefferson County near Ozawkie when he was two years old. He was a well known farmer and stockman for many years specialized in raising dairy cattle and thoroughbred horses. He had made his home in North Topeka three years. He resided in Wamego a short time and in the Shorey communtiy 13 years. He was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Emma Bigham, two sons, Fred Bigham, Bremerton, Wash., and Charles Bigham, Grantville; two brothers, M.M. Bigham, Denver, Colo., and J.P. Bigham, Milford, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Wilson. Mr. Wilson lived most of his life in the Burlingame community where he was a farmer until his retirement a few years ago. Survivors include a foster daughter, Mrs. Mary K. Hardey, three grandsons, three nephews and a niece. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday with burial in Burlingame Cemetery.

He was born February 4, 1881, in Des Moines, Iowa, and had been a resident of Topeka since 1926. He retired January 1, 1950, as chief scales inspector of the Rock Island Railroad Co. He was a member of the Men's Fellowship Class, Beulah Chapter, OES of Topeka, Hutchinson Masonic Lodge and the National Scales Men's Association. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sue E. Barackman of the home; a son, Donald M. Barackman, Topeka; a daughter, Mrs. Charles E. Lahr, Jr., Venice, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Daisy Taft, Des Moines, Iowa, and a brother, Willard Barackman, Northland, Wash.

He was born March 2, 1885, at Whiting, Kan., and was a lifelong resident of Jackson County. For a number of years he was engaged in the hardware business and farming at Netawaka. Mr. Banaka moved to Holton in 1930, where he was employed by the county highway department. He later served three terms as register of deeds for Jackson County. He was a member of the First Methodist Church of Holton. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Louise Banaka of the home; one son, Lloyd J. Banaka, Holton; five daughters, Mrs. Henry Knoutt, Holton; Mrs. J.M. Haskins,Jr., Mobile, Ala., Mrs. Lester Painter, Topeka; Mrs. Dick Minor, Jacksonville, Ill., and Miss Joanne Banaka, of Topeka. Also surviving are one brother, Frank of Whiting and one sister, Mrs. Ida Webb, Los Angeles, and 11 grandchildren.

Mrs. Peterson was born November 25, 1874, in White Rock, Kan., and moved to Goodland in 1905. Besides her husband, she is survived by a son, Carl M. Shaver, Tacoma, Wash.; a daughter, Mrs. Lucille Abercrombie, Goodland; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a brother, Albert Heldt, Mankato, and a sister, Mrs. Lulu Miller of Goodland. She was a sister-in-law of Mrs. Charles Sawyer, 1234 Jackson.

He was a member of Topeka Lodge, No. 17, A.F. & A.M. and the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. J.E. Couch; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Turner, Selman, Okla., and a brother, Perry Couch, Selman, Okla.
