She was employed as a tax comissioner in the income tax division of the Kansas Commission of Revenue and Taxation. She was a member of the First Chruch of Christ Scientist of Boston and was a member of the Topeka Business and Professional Women's Club. She is survived by two brothers, Glenn E. Arnott of Houston, Texas, and Gailen D. Arnott of San Bernardino, Calif. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at the Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Lawrence.
The Topeka Daily Capital Thursday Sunday November 11, 1951 John Seybold, 84, Dies During Virginia Visit. John SEYBOLD, 84, of 1111 Polk, died Saturday at the home of his son, Brig. Gen. John S. SEYBOLD, in Arlington, Va. He had been visiting his son for two weeks. Mr. Seybold had been a resident of Topeka for many years. He was the operator of a sheet metal business here, but retired a number of years ago. He was a member of Oriental Lodge No. 51, A.F.& A.M., Knights Templar and the Arab Shrine. In addition to his son, he is survived by a brother, Henry Seybold of Los Angeles, and a grandson, Jack Seybold, of San Francisco. Funeral services will be conducted at the Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary. Burial will be in Topeka Cemetery.
The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday November 11, 1951 Rev. Luis Buldain, 52, Died In Santa Monica. Friends of the Rev. Luis BULDAIN, former pastor of the church of Our Lady of Guadalupe here, learned Saturday of his death October 22 in a hospital at Santa Monica, Calif. Father Buldain had been living in Watts, Calif. Father Buldain was pastor of Our Lady of Guadalupe from 1924 until 1929. He was 52 years old at the time of his death. He was born in Riezu, Navarre, Spain, where he is survived by his mother and four brothers. He was a priest of the Order of Augustinian Recollects. He was ordained in 1922 at the age of 23 in Medellin, Columbia. his life was spent among the poor of the United States and in jungle missions of Panama, Santa Domingo, Puerto Rico and Colombia. >From Topeka, Father Buldain went to California in 1929, and in 1931 was pastor of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, San Diego, where he built a church and rectory. In 1933 he was made pastor of a church in Watts, where he remained until 1936, when he was appointed superior to the AUgustinian Recollect monastery in Kansas City. >From this post he left for the Missions of South and Central America. In the middle of World War II he returned to California, his health impaired. During his final illness Father Buldain asked to be buried in the cemetery of San Miguel chapel in Watts.

He was born in Macon, Mo., and had been a resident of Topeka since March of this years. He formerly lived at Kansas City. He was employed by the Shultz Bakery Co.; Tasty Baking Co., and Manor Baking Co., all of Kansas City. He was a member of the Eastgate Masonic Lodge and Bakery Salesman Local Union 335 in Kansas City. Survivors include his widow, Maude, of the home; a son, Joseph C., 2501 Granthurst; a brother, W.A. Weakly, Macon, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Alice MULLINAX, Kansas City, Kan.; and two grandsons. Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday November 6, 1960 Joe Henry Schneider. Joe Henry SCHNEIDER, 84, of Nortonville, died Saturday from injuries suffered in a fire at his home Thursday. He lived in Jefferson County all his life. He farmed until 1933 when he became postmaster of Nortonville. He retired 15 years later. He was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church and a charter member of the Knights of Columbus, both of Nortonville. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth SCHNEIDER of the home; two daughters, Miss Valerie SCHNEIDER, 1168 Garfield, and Mrs. Leona BROSE of Valley Falls; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today at the Warren Funeral Home of Nortonville. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Nortonville. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery.

Services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the Verschelden Funeral Home of St. Marys. He was born Jan. 29, 1878 in Humboldt, Neb., and moved to Baileyville, Kan., when he was three. He was a member of the Baptist Church of Topeka. He moved to St. Mary's in 1946. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lida Casebeer of the home. The body will lie in state at noon today and until service time. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

He was born September 30, 1889, in Webber, Kan., and had made his home in Lecompton since 1903. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Hope Webber of the home; a son, Wayne Webber, Big Springs; two daughers, Mrs. Juanita WRIGHT, Topeka and Mrs. Ruby HARTFORD, Kansas City, Mo.; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha McCOLLUM and MRs. Mrs. Verna Alma GARRETT, 46, of Denver, Colo., died Thursday in a Topeka hospital from injuries received December 23, in a motor car accident near St. Marys. Mrs. Garrett was born December 14, 1910, in Bolesville, ill., and made her home in Oklahoma for years before moving to Denver. She is survived by her husband, Laurence Dee Garrett, Denver; a daughter, Miss Mary Louise Garrett, Denver; her father, Andrew Bert NEWELL, Denver; two brothers, Carl Newell, Denver; and Andrew B. Newell, with the Army in Germany; and two sisters, Mrs. Helen CHOLLMAN and Mrs. Ruth LYDAY, both of Denver. The body will be taken to Denver for burial.
