Funeral annoncements will be made later. Mollee S. TRACY, age 20, died at her home, 531 North Kansas avenue, Sunday. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock in Penwell's chapel. Burial in Rochester cemetery. Eva WAGGENER age 41, died at Grantville Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The funeral was held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home of her uncle, Jesse SHAW. Andrew GILES, 1186 West street, died Sunday at his home. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at St. John M.E. church. Rev. James Abram ALEXANDER, age 66, died Sunday afternoon at his home, 816 Clay street. Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Second Baptist church. Burial in Mt. Auburn cemetery.

    3. The Topeka Daily State Journal Saturday April 6, 1918 Death of J.M. Crooks. For Thirty Years He Was a Resident of Capital City. Word has been received in Topeka that James M. CROOKS, for thirty years a resident of Topeka, died Thursay at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W.W. AMES of Rockville, Ind. Mr. Crooks was a veteran of the Civil war and had been a minister of the gospel for forty-five years. Funeral services will be held in Rockville tomorrow. Doctor Crooks is survived by six children: Mrs. W. W. AMES of Rockville, Ind.; Mrs. Robert HUNTER, Atlanta, Ind.; Mrs. J.W. REMINGTON, Garden City, Mo.; Mrs. W.C. REED, Stockville, Neb.; Mrs. C.A. The funeral of Joseph E. SMALL, 63 years old, who died April 2 at his home in Shorey, will be held at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon from Penwell's chapel. Burial in Topeka cemetery. The funeral of Peter PIERSON who died in Los Angeles Thursday morning will be held Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Swedish Bethel Mission church in Topeka. Burial in Topeka cemetery. Jacob F. ISENBERGER, 81 years old, died Thursday at his home, 819 East Sixth street. The body will be shipped to Natoma, Kansas for burial.

    3. The Topeka Daily State Journal Thursday April 4, 1918 Death of T. B. Sweet. Well Known Topekan Was Interested in Many Big Enterprises. Timothy Bailey SWEET, 77 years old, for many years president of the Kaw Milling Co., died Wednesday evening at his home, 231 Topeka avenue. Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon. Burial will be in Topeka cemetery. No flowers. Mr. Sweet came to topeka in 1872 from Champaign, Ill., were he was cashier of a bank. He organized and was for 25 years president of the Kansas Loan and Trust Co., and its successor, the Trust company of America. He was also president of the Kaw Milling Co., a director of the Bank of Topeka, of the Topeka Pure Milk Co., and of the Bell Telephone Co. He was a trustee of Washburn college, and was vice president of the board of trustees of the Methodist Home for the Aged. Mr. Sweet is survived by three daughters, Susie B. and Annie B. of Topeka; Mary B. of Seattle, and by one son, Paul B. of New York. All of the children were at the bedside when death came.

    3. The Topeka Daily State Journal Thursday April 4, 1918 Death of Mr. Hammatt. She Came to Kansas in 1872--Was Prominent Club Woman. Mrs. Minnie Crosby HAMMATT, 70 years old, wife of the late Abram Hammatt and one of the most prominent club women in the city, died about 5 o'clock Wednesday evening at her home, 602 West Tenth street. The funeral services will be held at the home. Dr. Arthur S. HENDERSON of the First Congregational church will be in charge of the services. The body will be sent ot Hampden, Maine, where it will be buried beside that of Mr. Hammatt. Mrs. Hammatt came to Kansas with her husband n 1872. Mr. Hammatt dying about 8 years later. The Hammatts were members of the old Avon club. Mrs. Hammatt has been a member of the board of trustees of the Ingleside home for many years, and she was secretary of the Ingleside association. Mrs. Hammatt was a member of the Colonial Dames. Mrs. Hammatt is survived by two sons, Theodore D. Hammatt and Daniel C. Hammatt, both of Topeka. One brother, Daniel CROSBY, who has lived with Mrs. Hammatt for a good many years in Topeka, also survives her.
