Burlingame.--Leo James CREVISTON, 46, Burlingame, died Wednesday of an apparent heart attack while working at Forbes Air Force Base where he was a boiler man in the central heating plant. Mr. Creviston was born Oct. 20, 1921, in Manhattan. He had lived in Burlingame the past 36 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Burlingame Federated Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Masonic Lodge, Temple Chapter No. 26, RAM, and Eastern Star, all in Burlingame. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Claudine Masters Creviston, of the home; two daughters, Donna Creviston and Diana Creviston, both of the home; a son, Watler Creviston, Burlingame; his mother, Mrs. Inez HJORT, Burlingame; and a grandson. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Burlingame Federated Church. Burial will be in Burlingame Cemetery. Carey Funeral Home, Burlingame, is in charge.

Lyman, who died Tuesday in a Topeka hospital. Mr. Price was born Sept. 22, 1187, in Fillmore County, Neb. He moved to Kansas at an early age and lived in Auburn and North Topeka communities most of his life. WILSON, 75, of 5400 W. 7th, who died Wednesday in a Topeka nursing home. Mr. Wilson was born June 2, 1892, in Richland. He had lived in Topeka most of his life. He was a retired painter and a lifetime member of Painters and Decorators Local No. 96. He was a World War I Army veteran. Survivors include his son, Edwin L. Wilson, 3505 Adams, and a grandchild. Mr. Boyer was born Oct. 10, 1894, in Quenemo, Kan. He was a retired railroad maintenance worker and had been a school custodian in Melvern for two years. He had been a member of Melvern Church of God.     3. The Topeka Daily Capital Thursday March 28, 1968 Topekan Killed In Cycle Crash. John Carl WILLIAMS, 25, 3358 Fremont, was killed Wednesday night when he lost control of his motorcylce near his home and ran into a tree. His death was Topeka's third traffic fatality of the year. Stormont-Vail Hospital officials said he died shortly after arrival at 9:50 p.m. Police investigators said William's vehicle grazed a pickup truck sitting in a driveway and went through a fence before it hit the tree. Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Davidson-Eslinger-Duff Funeral Home, for Darrell Charles BOND, 35, 701 Jefferson, an inmate of Kansas Penitentiary, Lansing, who was stabbed fatally in the prison Sunday. Sheriff Dan HAWES and Warden Sherman CROUSE said Bond was watching a basketball game in the gymnasium when two other prisoners grabbed him and took him to a stairway where the stabbing occured. Two knives were recovered. Darrell Charles Bond was born Oct. 19, 1931, in Allen in Lyon County and had spent most of his life in Topeka. He was received at the penitentiary Nov. 8, 1961, from Shawnee County to serve 20 to 42 years for first degree robbery. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Lillie MOFFETT, and stepfather, Carl Moffett, both of Kansas City; four sisters, Mrs. Betty PATTERSON, Mrs. Charlene WORKMAN, Mrs. June LINK and Mrs. Dorothy WILHITE, all of Topeka; and three brothers, Bruce Bond, Robert Bond and Jerry Bond, all of Topeka. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

He was born Nov. 13, 1884, in Meriden and had lived int eh Tecumseh community since 1903. A retired farmer, he was charter member of the Tecumseh Grange. His wife, Mrs. Elsie Jackson died in 1925. A daughter, Dorothy Jackson, died in 1929, and another daughter, Mrs. Margaret HOOPER, died in 1957. Survivors include a son, Albert Jackson, Jr., 2900 Sunset Road; and five grandchildren. Service arrangements are pending at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home for Mrs. Marsha Ann RAFFERTY, 29, of 942 Jewell, who died Monday in a Topeka hospital where she had been admitted early Sunday. Dr. Antonio Huaman, deputy district coroner, said Mrs. Rafferty died after taking an overdose of drugs. Topeka police said Mrs. Rafferty had attempted suicide several times previously. Mrs. Rafferty was born Oct. 15, 1938, in Wichita and had spent most of her life in Topeka. She was a member of the Holy Name Catholic Church. Survivors include a son, Danny Rafferty, at home; her mother, Mrs. Al JOHNSON, Denver, Colo.; and her grandfather, Hira CALKINS, at home.

    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday March 26, 1968 Clifford Watson Dead in Topeka. Clifford R. WATSON, 77, 820 Polk, died Monday in a Topeka hospital where he had been admitted Sunday after he suffered a heart attack. He was a teacher and was a well-known school administrator in Shawnee County many years. He was born April 23, 1890, in Oskaloosa, Iowa, the son of Dr. and Mrs. Barclay Watson. He moved to Douglas County, Kan., with his parents in 1904. He attended Hesper Academy near Lawrence and attended the University of Kansas 2 1/2 years. He was graduated from Friends University, Wichita. He began his career as a teacher at Wabaunsee School in Wabaunsee County and later taught in rural high schools in Kansas five years. He was principal of State Street Elementary School in Topeka from 1921 to 1951. He was Shawnee County superintendent of public instruction from May, 1951 to until he retired in June, 1955. Mr. Watson was a member of First Methodist Church and was an Honorary steward of the church. He was a member of Siloam Lodge No. 225, AF&AM, and was a life member of National Education Assn., Kansas State Teachers Assn., and Topeka Teachers Assn., and Kansas Assn. of Parents and Teachers. He was a former member and chairman of the Shawnee County Planning Commission and later was chairman of the Topeka-Shawnee County Regional Palnning Commission. He also was a former member of the Shawnee County Zoning Board of Appeals. Mr. Watson was a 25-year member and past president of Downtown Kiwanis Club and was past chairman of Shawnee Kiwanis Youth Camp. He formerly was a member of the board of directors of the Topeka Roundup Club and was a past president of the Kansas County Superintendents Assn. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Dora Louk Watson, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Robert McCRACKEN Sr., 1903 MacVicar; three brothers, Dr. Herbert Watson, Handford, Calif., Dr. S.A. Watson, Oskaloosa, Iowa, and Ben Watson, Tucson, Ariz.; a sister, Mrs. Margaret HILL, El Monte, Calif.; two grandsons and a granddaughter. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in First Methodist Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Watson will lie in state from 6 p.m. Tuesday until 9 p.m. Wednesday in Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home. The casket will be closed at the church.
