The Liberal Daily Democrat Seward County Monday December 13, 1920 Little Girl Breaks Arm. The little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl HEARN of Arkalon sustained a broken arm Friday when a wagon bed under which she was playing fell and struck her arm. The injury is healing nicely. Another Arm Broken By Car. While cranking his Ford Monday, Mr. KELSING, who travels for the Raleigh Products received a borken arm. Rough Roads Prevented Surgical Operation. The little 6-year-old son of Frank SCHECYLEY and wife swollowed a shingle nail Tuesday. For a time it was feared the effect might be serious and the little fellow was taken to Dr. LEVI at Liberal for an operation but luckily on the ride over, the nail was dislodged and was eliminated at the hospital without an operation.--Beaver Herald.
