The Liberal Lyre Friday May 13, 1892 C.W. FINLEY and wife are rejoicing over the arrival of fine ten-pound boy which made its appearance at their home on last Saturday evening during the big rain storm. Dr. Sutherland had to wade through water up to the elbows of his legs in order to get to the house to participate in the event. This is Mr. and Mrs. Finley's first boy and C.W. is the "tickledest" man in town.
