The following persons were elected to make and enforce the laws of the best interests of the people: Mayor: L.J. WHITE; Police Judge: W.T. GIBSON; Councilmen: A. RUSSELL, E.O. DeVOSS, H. ELLISON, G.S. SMITH, and C.Y. MARTIN.
