Can anyone help me with further genealogical details for Samuel Newton Cline, a brother of my great-grandfather, Arthur M. Cline? They lived for some period of years in the late 1800's any maybe beyond that in Scott Co., KS. The following is what I know at the present time about him, his wife and their descandants. (“Lyde?”) Harmon, 8/29/1870 (-6/6/1921) He purchased 160 acres in Scott Co., KS, (Township 17, Range 32 which is 3 mi. N and 3 mi. E of Scott City) from the U. S. Government on 5/25/1887 which was then sold to his brother, Arthur M. Cline, on 8/2/1887. Both brothers also purchased lots in the now-defunct Pence City in NW Scott Co., in the fall of 1887.
