I've been looking for this little book for a while and finally found it. This directory lists all members of the family (including the wife's maiden name), mail route, section and township, name of owner (if different from head of household), total acreage, year owner came to Saline Co., and telephone service, if they had one. I have scanned the pages and created a surname index. You can use the search engine on the site or (suggested) look through the directory yourself--I may have made a transcription error (I know, hard to believe.....) or the name may have been misspelled in the original record. If you do spot an error, either mine or in the directory, let me know and I will make a correction in the index. I will also add a gazetteer to the site later today, so check back.
