Cooper Dolphy R. Cooper, 77, Stockton died early Monday morning at the Plainville Rural Hospital. He was a retired farmer and a lifelong resident of Rooks county. Survivors include his wife, Marjorie; five daughters, Mrs. Rita Amos, Plainville; Mrs. Wanda Morris and Mrs. Leveta Ives, both of Stockton; Mrs. Evalee Ensley, Great Bend; and Mureila Raye Cooper of the home; three brothers, Worden, Ventura, Calif; Glenn, Greensburg; and Kenneth, Stockton; one sister, Mrs. Delores Hoskins, Waterloo, Iowa; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Smith Memorial Chapel of Stockton with Rev. S. B. Clayton of the United Methodist Church officiating.
