I seek any data on Samuels family, probably prior to 1930, especially cemetery. Paper news items and any civil records, on line. I believe the elder Samuels , John live his final years with a daughter Jeannie Rippey or perhaps an Easton. I think they came to the area after the civil war but this may be a misconception. I know they came from Missouri. James Henry Samuels is the son of, and it is said John had six children with his second wife; Mary Ellen GIMMERSON. But by 1910 the daughters are not on the census where the count says 6 children. Who are the girls and when did they die.?
