I have a copy of a book on Rooks Co., KS, "Lest We Forget", there is a George N. Wolf family listed. The first paragraph says: "George N. and wife, Clara Wolf, came to Rooks County in 1880, moving from Solomon City, Kansas, to Stockton where they managed a department store for many years." The article is a little over 2 columns long and contains quite a lot of information. If this is your family I will be glad to scan it for you. "Lest We Forget" was published by the Rooks County Historical Society in about 1981. I don't know if anymore are available or not.
