Jacob H. Wolf died Apr 26, 1929 husband to Sarah [ died Osborne Co], and Maggie Wolf. John O. D. Wolf, died June 26, 1944 son of Jacob and Sarah. and ESPECIALLY INTERESTED IN John H. Wolf (has no dates) probrably died abt 1880+ THANK YOU !! AND HAPPY HUNTING TO ALL!

In the Woodson A Story of A Kansas Country town it states. " Lewis sold his drug stock to W. H. Sage in April 1887 and J. H. Wolf bought the building which he rented to Sage." Jacob Wolf is listed as "Service Men and Women from Woodston Area". Jake Wolf is listed under Athletics and Recreation, "A croquet contest in 1901 included Dr. Parker, Albert Still, C. C. Cahail, Jake Wolf, and Levi Douglas." The following were buried in the Woodston Cemetery (previously known as Rooks Centre Cemetery and Lowell Township Cemetery: Jacob Wolf Sept 1, 1836-April 26, 1929 John H. Wolf with no dates John O. Wolf Nov 17 1975-June 26, 1944 Maggie A. Wolf Nov 9, 1946-Mar 28, 1924. There were no Wolf's listed in the following cemeteries: Ash Rock, Chalk Mound, Spring Branch, and Survey. thank you Brenda,.....I too have this very book, and my William V. Wolf (3rd great grandfather is mentioned as well in it. This is why I wish to learn more of Jacob and John. I believe they may be kin, but can't find much more about them.
