FRANKLIN J. DUVAL was born 1857 in Annsville, Oneida Co., NY to John and Jane Duval. In 1913 he was residing in Belleville with his second wife Josephine. He was a railroad conductor. It has been reported he was there as late as 1924. I'm looking for any info at all about him or Josephine, especially a date of death. Thanks. Truth Seeker
