Yes, Flora was born in Putnam Co., IL. Her father, Robert was born in Washington Co., PA. I know that his father, William, died in Putnam Co., as well as a brother, William A., and a sister Eveline West Trask. Another brother, Eccless, died in Stark Co., IL. Two brothers, Thomas and John, remained in OH. Then he had two sisters, Margaret and Mary, which I have been unable to locate.
