Hi, I showed about 28 powells on the cemetery list, most in the Rosmund cemetery. None of the names matched yours. Most of the birth dates were after 1880. Let me know if you want me to look any farther in that resource? Another is GlassbyBeth@aol.com who does lookups in History of Republic County 1868-1964.
