My Great Grandmother Sarah Adeline Laire Gould died February 16,1914 in Haven,Reno County,KS. Her obituary states that her funeral was held at the Congregational Church with Rev. Barron officiating. She is buried in Laurel Cemetery. I am trying to find out when her husband James T. Gould died - we have a death year of 1908. They do not have headstones and the records for Laurel Cemetery are sketchy. I am hoping that perhaps the church might have a record of his death and I can pinpoint the month and day he died. Has anyone had any luck with finding church records or funeral home records in Haven? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ruth in Michigan
