(From my grandfather's bible, I knew he visited there from 1881 to 1884.) I did manage to find my John McDOWELL in Chase Co, but the following three neighbouring households in Reno Co had me intrigued, so I've done some further research on them. They have no known connection to my family, but I'm posting this here for the sake of anyone who is connected to these people.
