A railroad construction worker, Mr. Williams was born Jan. 30, 1866 in Jasper county, Mo. He came here in 1932 from Kansas City, Mo. Only local survivor is a niece, Mina Hall, 25 East Bigger, with whom he lived several years. Funeral for Mr. Williams will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the Elliott and Gard chapel with Rev. M. J.
