She was born Jul 29, 1910 at Electra, Texas, the daughter Proctor Lee and Dora Elizabeth Cambron McDonald. She attended business college at Wichita Falls, Texas. A longtime resident of Texas, before moving to Hutchinson in 1997, she worked in the oil supply business and was a homemaker. She was a member of Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church, Dallas. She married Leonard A. Foy. He preceded her in death. Survivors include: a daughter, Suzan Foy, Hutchinson; a brother, Richard McDonald, Amarillo, Texas; a sister, Dorothy McDonald Stepp, Odessa, Texas; and two grandchildren. A Private family service will be held. Burial will be in Restland Cemetery, Dallas. Memorials may be sent to Hospice of Reno County, in care of Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
