The 1900 census says she and her sister Libbie Emigrated from Germany in 1861. I have reached a dead end in some of my family research and have been trying to break the log jam. That is how I found Frances. My greatgrandmother was Mary Kleopha Rotzinger Jaeger. She was born in Baden, Germany, on September 21, 1843 to Bliss Rotzinger and Teresa Schneider Rotzinger.
