CARTER who settled in Hutchinson, Reno, KS and married Stella SNYDER. He may have died about 1950. John was supposedly born about 1886 in Linn County, MO but I have no idea where Stella came from or when she was born. They are said to have had a son named Elton CARTER but I do not know when he was married either.
