Hello, I am located in Smith County Tennessee. Someone brought us a box of old pictures, and they are certainly not from around here, the landscape is too flat! After combing through them, I found that one was taken by a photographer in Hutchinson, Kansas. So far the only identifying things to be found are: a pic of Margaret Dianne Loogood, 12 days old, a pic of a delivery truck "ITEN" snow white bakery, The Boals family, a postcard addressed to Charles Forney, Mary Gommerman (?), pic of Willard (or Millard) Williams home, Vickie Jean Loogood (could this be Toogood?). There is also a smaller photo album, mostly pictures of teenagers. In this is a pic of 3 girls in front of a store, the Earily Lumber Company. There's also a pic of a baby girl in front of a bass drum that says ? sixth field artillery. the photos in both of these albums seem to be taken anywhere from 1915 up to the 1930's. Some of them are also stamped Parsons Kansas. Sound familiar to anyone???? Melissa Rose, Director Smith County Heritage Museum P.O. Box 73 107 3rd Ave. East Carthage, TN 37030 615-735-1104.
