Hi, I checked the Reno County Cemetery Records and found a Thomas W. McGinn, born 28 August 1883 and died 29 April 1956 and is buried in the Hutchinson Eastside Cemetery. I did not find a Ethel with the name of McGinn, Sames or James at all. If this helps and you want me to search further, let me know.
